I was in Vila Basileia two days. My room was clean and beautiful, with a pleasant view of the river. Price is reasonable and staff is kind. It is located at about 5-10 minutes walking from the city center, which could be a problem for someone. Anyway I highly recommend it.

We stayed in Villa Basilea for two weeks and highly recommend this hotel.
The rooms are rather small, though well furnished and very clean. The location is excellent: close to Grand Pupp Hotel. It is a few steps from the river and during spring, summer and fall months you can enjoy evenings on the porch or backyard right on the river. The hotel has its own parking.
The breakfast buffet is catering to every taste, including choice of serials, fruit, vegetable salads, eggs, cheeses, cold cuts, etc., and excellent strong coffee and tea.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Hello I would like to reccomend this pension very much. So nice romms and very nice people and services. Very close too this city and what at beautiful place. We will bee back.
